The Marlen Afoheatâ„¢ Dual Lane Infrared Tunnel is a continuous grill equipped with patented electric infrared technology. It offers large processors the opportunity to convert batch smoking and browning operations to continuous systems, with capacities ranging from 20-40 pieces/minute.

Utilizing the Infrared Tunnel to surface pasteurize fully cooked and pre-chilled deli meats, processors are able to achieve a 3.0 log reduction in Listeria in just 45 seconds, with no further chilling required. When paired with our Afoheat Liquid Smoke applicator, this line offers unparalleled browning and smoking benefits in just 60 seconds.

Our Afoheat infrared tunnels feature electric-powered units that achieve surface pasteurization of deli meats.
