Marlen’s four-station rotary volumetric filler is designed for filling food products into cans, jars, pre-formed trays or form-fill-seal pockets with fill weights up to 3 lbs per portion.
Marlen’s six-station rotary volumetric filler is designed for filling food products into cans, jars, cups or form-fill-seal pockets with fill weights up to 1.5 lbs per portion.
Marlen’s COV Volumetric Portioner is designed to volumetrically measure and portion whole muscle products with weight accuracy of +0.5%.

Fire roasting & grill marking.

Utilizing our direct flame technology, vegetables can be fire roasted and/or grill marked in an environment that maintains constant temperature accuracy for product consistency. Our blue flame technology is also utilized in preparation for flame peeling onions and peppers.

Gentle handling.
