Fire roasting & bar marking.

Utilizing our direct flame technology, vegetables can be fire roasted and/or bar marked in an environment that maintains constant temperature accuracy for product consistency. Our blue flame technology is also utilized in preparation for flame peeling onions and peppers.

Gentle handling.

Twin-piston pumps allow for the gentlest handling of delicate products such as diced tomatoes and sliced peaches. Our Opti pumps can be equipped with a variety of hopper options designed to match application and product requirements.
