As your operations scale, our 40" Afoheat™ Flame Peeler scales alongside, with an energy-efficient way to increase throughput while maintaining product quality. Designed for processors requiring 11,000-20,000 lbs/hr, the Flame Peeler is the perfect solution for roasting and peeling peppers, or peeling and pasteurizing onions, with little to no damage to the product.

Our gas powered Flame Peelers use direct flame to gently roast, char, or peel as needed, with minimal yield loss.
