So, as your operations scale, our 40" Flame Grill scales for maximum production while maintaining product quality. Whether diamond marking chicken breasts, flame searing short ribs, roasting tomatoes for sauce or grill marking baked goods, our flame grill can do it all.
For a complete cook, pair our 40" Flame Grill with our 40" Spiral Oven or Aquaflow sous vide water cook system.
Our gas-powered flame grills integrate optional grill markers and use direct flame to sear, grill, roast, char, or peel as needed depending on product application.
